The manager here is a crook! About a year ago, my father had a flat, and had my brother pick him up and they took the flat tire here, and had a new tire put on the rim with no problems...
Then a couple of weeks later, I brought the family mini van in to get a second new tire!
And to have the two tires placed in the front...
The head Mechanic brought me in the back to make sure what tire they were replacing, and what tires were suppose to be rotated to where! He had a inexperienced helper, that he was directing to do things, having to explain in detail what and how he wanted things done!
After waiting for a long time in their little waiting area, (while waiting I heard a argument between the manager and a customer who was complaining because his bill was hundreds more than they quoted him)
The manager called me over to tell me that when the (inexperienced) helper removed one of the tires... He had broken a sensor! And informed me that I would have to pay a extra $120 dollars for the sensor, as well as the labor to fix it! Which made my bill for ONE TIRE change from $80-$90... To OVER $200!
I was OUTRAGED! The Head Mechanic acted ashamed about the whole issue!
My Father (who is a senior citizen) got on the phone with the manager to plead our case.
But it didn't help! They basically told us, THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY, TO GET YOUR VEHICLE BACK!
I will NEVER use this place for ANYTHING, anymore! Since then, I've heard multiple stories about how this place has done similar things to others! I don't understand how they're still in business? The Head Mechanic seemed knowledgeable!? But the manager is nothing more than a Con Man who will hold your Vehicle HOSTAGE, until you pay whatever he has overcharged you! Ridiculous...
