Wait time 60-90 minutes past appointment everytime. It was always a very uncomfortable experience during my appointments, he has snapped at me twice during them, always correcting everything I said I felt, I even expressed my concerns to the women who conducted my hearing test because I felt so uncomfortable. I heard him cussing outside of my exam room and other patient rooms each visit and during the appointment he always seemed like something was wrong, rubbing his face and head like it was a bother or he wasn't well or something was wrong, then his office charged me for 2 missed appointments saying I admitted to them because that's what their "notes say" charging me 70$! I wouldn't have ever kept going other than the fact he was the only ent that accepted my insurance and now I see why. I'm incredibly thankful that my tubes are out now and I no longer have the need to return.
