My party waited 1 1/2 hour to be seated to surprise my sister for her college graduation celebration. According to the staff, they had to wait for other customers to finish. We understood that. However, there were plenty of empty tables in the back of the restaurant. It was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed and the staff provided us with conflicting information about seating a large party. After requesting to speak with the manager, Micky finally comes out to help to get a section for our party, it was too late because some of the guests had to leave. I did not order anything because it was time for me to leave by the time we all were seated.The staffs are walking around like they were doing something but no communication until we ask.This restaurant has poor customer service, understaffed and lack of information from the staff and management.
