Michael McDonald is hands down the most professional, approachable, honest and caring car care professional I have ever met. My car came in for repairs after the ice storm, Mike and his team sent me a text almost every other day. They cared about my car as much (if not more than) as I do. When some issues came up, there was no back and forth, it was just get your truck back in here we got this! Absolutely phenomenal job...I almost want to get in a wreck again, just so mike can take care of me again!!! (Almost)
