BRIO Tuscan Grille

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the warm greeting we received from the man at the host stand. Our server “Cali” was blatantly rude and hardly checked on us. She snatched the checkbook from my colleague when he politely asked her to split the check as we were 3 coworkers out to lunch. With much sass, she replied “next time you need to let me know ahead of time!”. Anytime I eat out the servers always ask. I feel the attitude was very unnecessary especially since she was able to easily split the bill. Also, the shrimp and grits were just ok. It was supposed to have a poached egg on top instead there was a hard boiled egg on top. Cali also said that the shrimp and grits came with bacon and there was no bacon. My group left the restaurant feeling extremely dissatisfied and really let down. I will not be in a hurry to return to this restaurant. If you’re looking for a great dining experience, I do not recommend Brio at the Inner Harbor. There are better options in the area.
