They are usually awesome, but somehow 1/2 our couple's massage never got scheduled right and one of us got in and the other had nothing. Had to sit and wait an hour for my partner, with no apology or anything from staff, just a comment of "there's nothing scheduled for you." WTH! The UNAPOLOGETIC duo at the desk still charged us for one massage despite the fact that this was supposed to be a couple's thing and completely wasted an hour of my time. I should charge them for MY TIME. The very least that they could have done was not charge him and offer to rebook the two of us together. It was all bullcr@p. I used to like them, but this one incident of BS customer service has lost my business with them forever.

Pretty awesome. Good yoga classes, really awesome massage therapists--John Cox is the absolute best. Wish they had more for teens/preteens, but overall have had great experiences there.
