DO NOT GET NEW PHONES AND SWITCH PROVIDERS HERE!!!
My husband and I spent a lot of money at this store. In December we purchased two brand new i phones and switched phone carriers. Due to a mistake in store one telephone line was not canceled. The person in store said it was taken care of and it was not. Now they are saying that it was my responsibility to cancel it, even though there associates told me otherwise. We were on the phone with Verizon together. The refuse to help me in any way shape or form. Not even an apology or we'll look into how we train our associates nothing or we’ll help you work with Verizon. They got my money so now they don't give a damn.
This is not only terrible customer service but bad business practices. If you want your buying process to go smoothly and not be taken to collections by your old carrier skip this store and Best Buy all together. They will not help, they will not apologize and they'll be jerks to you on the phone.
