I spent over 3 hours this evening waiting on them to reprogram my son's iPhone 8 plus. I left and we went to have dinner and the geek squad tells me I have to come back in the morning to pick it up. I will not return here for anything geek squad related. A girl I spoke too waited for over a hour to get her screen protector put on. We were the only two customers that were in there at the time. One of the geeks sat there having a conversation with another employee about him arguing with his parents about drinking and driving instead of putting the screen protector on. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I can't wait to talk to management in the morning about my experience. I live over a half hour away from this one and for now on I will drive to Mechanicsburg Pa location or Harrisburg.
