I just purchased a car from here and I must same my experience was great. Matte was my salesmen. Me and my husband was riding pass and decided to stop just to look and two hours later I was leaving with a all white Honda Accord coupe that compliment my style. Very love monthly payments, little to nothing. But I woke up the next morning with cold feet because I felt like the car wasn't for me and that I just didn't like it. Without hesitation Bay (the owner) and matte (mysalemen) told me to come back in and they would not have a problem putting me into another car that works for me. Long story short. I left with the same car I purchased because after testing driving more cars I started to love that car best. But it was the fact that they was willing to trade the car for me that stood out the most.
