Bank of America Financial Center

Waited 15 minutes in line as the fourth person in line. Only had one teller open but there were 3 people standing in the teller area. I just needed to make a withdraw. They made what seemed like such a simple task extremely complicated. Very disappointed

Oddly placed walk up outside atm. Drive thru atm in parking lot is much easier to use. Did not feel comfortable here.
