An absolutely unbelievable experience. Got to the bank around 4:15 to find a 15 person long line with two tellers. Even if the tellers could average 1 customer every 5 minutes, which they can't (not their fault), it would still be a 38 minute wait to deposit a check..... I'm not sure if this is a corporate or local problem but it is absolutely ludicrous customer service. This isn't the first time I've experienced this problem but it's the first time I've been annoyed enough to write a complaint. I'm not entirely sure why anyone banks with them and if my landlord didn't have his account here I can promise you that I'd never set foot in another Bank of America again.
