"Manager" Amber - absolutely terrible customer service. I have always gone here a couple times a month for quick weeknight carryout meals but not anymore! I am not a complainer and consider myself easy to satisfy. Self employed and in a service industry myself, I find the manner in which Amber the manager handled my issue this evening quite ignorant and comparable to what I'd expect to receive at my local MVA. I hope your superiors read this, since you did not seem to care when I complained earlier this evening after what I encountered at this restaurant .. it has cost them quite a bit of business.
