Great customer service! Had a washer delivered. Installed perfectly and hauled my old one away. They even moved my gas dryer back in place and hooked it back up. And, they replaced the section of the vent that attaches to the dryer because it was not tightly clamping to the dryer duct. They did that at no cost, even though I didn't buy the dryer from them.
