I originally contacted this company for a quick estimate on roof repair. The owner I spoke with came across as more than willing to help. Even volunteering in legal matters where his assistance was not requested nor required or solicited. The owner scheduled 3 different days to come and assess my roof and failed to show up. After several text messages and phone calls, someone finally came with no notice and left with no notice. The next day I was contacted for my email address so I could be sent an estimate. Not a problem. When I reached out to the owner again to ask what the issue was with the roof simply to understand why the scope of work was being recommended, he was beyond rude. Now let me preface this, although I had already spoken with this person several times with no issues regarding his level of professionalism I was taken aback at the last phone call. He was hurried on the phone with me while answering other calls and being hurried with those folks as well. (He had me on speaker so I overheard) He was talking fast and incoherent and when I tried to ask him to slow down so I could understand, he demanded that I let him finish. I was shocked but did not say anything and simply let him finish. When he asked me a question and made a statement that was incorrect, I waited for him to seek my response. When he did, I attempted to get a sentence out and he literally interrupted me and told me I was speaking to him like a child. I could have laughed in his face. Are you kidding me, you were rushed and hurried when you took my call, insisted I not interrupt you 37 seconds into the call, (I checked) and then after talking for a full 3 minutes and asking me a question, you interrupt me less than 3 words into my answer? I was fully prepared to pay this man and his company to come do work on my roof immediately. Maybe actually listening to your customers when they explain an issue to you multiple times, letting them interrupt you if necessary to ask you to slow down your speech or clarify something, or even show up to their home when scheduled is decent service. Even after the multiple missed appointments I was willing to pay to have the work done. This company may do great work but when your service is piss poor for potential customers, you negate any greatness your company may have. Good Luck folks, this man is not a good listener, is over zealous and does not work well under stress. P.S. he could also use a more professional receptionist.
