Phenomenal customer service! A Spring in my garage door broke, I called Accurate Ins. & spoke to JoAnn. She was very friendly & when I gave her my info, we discovered that I needed to call the Hagerstown location. JoAnn actually emailed the other location on my behalf & I received a callback within an hour from Andy & Joe at the Hag. location. I would definitely recommend this company!
