I initially thought this was a nice practice... but after several month of run around with getting a follow up appointment for Invisaline I certainly would not recommend. Dr. Tessa apparently is learning Botox and was out of office for periods of time. I felt that I was not a priority and my business wasn't appreciated. I finally got an appointment- at least 3 months later. They had to redo the impression impressions for Invisaline because they said they didn't turn out... why was it such a delay and why wasn't I told until the follow up appointment.
Then I was told " as a courtesy I wasn't charged for 2nd impression". Really? When I finally got the quote for Invisaline, it was more than double what another dentist did procedure for a relative.. yes same number of trays and time frame.
If you want to be treated like you matter... DO NOT go here!
