I contracted a service to transport my dog from Washington-DC to São Paulo, Brazil. The service was not provided because the Company didn't book the flight in the terms I contracted and they asked to pay more money to send him from Miami. The condition to start the service was to pay $500.00 in advance and I used the PayPal payment. As everything I contracted changed after paying the initial deposit, I asked to cancel the contract and they refused to refund this initial payment I did. There is no information in the e-mails changed that this initial payment was non-refundable. They hidden the non-refundable information in the second paragraph of payment article in the signed contract, but this article is not about the 500,00 payment in advance. I’m sending e-mails to try to negotiate with them and nobody answer me. Take care with the service provides for this company!!!

I purchased a nose ring from here and it broke the same day trying to put it in. They do not do refunds or exchanges so of course I lost out on my money. I would not purchase another nose ring from here. I will however say that their belly rings are okay as the one I purchased the same day as the nose ring is still in one piece.

This accountant she is a scammer. Very dangerous woman . People should stay away from her. She made up a story to destroy my life after helping her. Be careful when she is trying to nice and innocent. Please be warned. You won't believe what she did to me and my friend. She woll.never get away with what she did to us.
